Federal Agencies requiring the VPAT 508 information for WebCase v1.0.

 

Dear WebCase Customer,

We have priced WebCase to be competitive and affordable to all law enforcement organizations.

We now accept credit cards from Discover, MasterCard, and Visa for online purchases. In addition, we are working to add American Express credit cards.

We respectively request the following from customers who will be submitting purchase orders.

1) Please request a quote for the number of licenses required (Discounts are available above 10 copies) and your preferred method of delivery. NOTE: We cannot accept any purchase orders for software and shipping under a total of $2,000 (U.S.).

2) Please complete the Vere Software Purchase Order Information form.

3) Please fax the purchase order, po information form and quote to (562) 372- 3257, once received and reviewed, an acknowledgement will be sent via email and your order will be processed.

4) Upon delivery of the WebCase product(s), we cordially request payment within 30 days.

5) Please advise your accounting department when you have taken delivery of your WebCase order to assist in a successful purchase order process.

We are very aware that some government accounting offices are far more efficient and timely than others, and so we ask for your help in receiving a prompt payment. This will greatly assist us in keeping our expenses down.
